Tower Bridge In The Rain

A rainy day in London Town. I was keen to paint a truly urban scene in soft pastels, as opposed to the usual pastoral scenes. Somehow the rain, puddles and half-light of the London rush-hour at Tower Bridge seemed just as romantic.
